6- Proof of Nigerian citizenship (state or local identity document or proof of birth by a parent with Nigerian citizenship by birth).
7- Confirmation of the pre-registration
8- Appointment slip

Following the reinstatement of administrative fees in Nigerian missions abroad by the Federal Government and a meeting between the Nigerian Consulate in Frankfurt and the leadership of the Nigerian community, Concerned Nigerians and Nigerians Elders Forum, the following fee rates for administrative fees were agreed upon:
