Step 1: Pre-registration with Afrikapass

We process all applications for Cameroonian passports according to the guidelines of the Délégations Générale à la Sûreté Nationale via PassCam.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

A- FULL-YEAR PERSONS (21 years and older)

1- A certified photocopy of the birth certificate, which has been notarized and is not older than three months.

2- A certified photocopy of the Cameroonian identity card or consular card.

3- A certified and legalized photocopy of the marriage certificate, not older than three months, for the married woman. In case of divorce, submit a certified and legalized photocopy of the grand of the divorce.

4- The decree on naturalization or re-naturalization, if applicable.

5- Photocopies of the identification pages of the old passport and the carnet of the old passport.

6- In case of loss of passport, attach the certificate of loss issued by the German Police.

B- MINORITY PERSONS (Under 21)
In addition to the documents listed under the above items, please be sure to submit :

1- A photocopy of the legalized national identity card or passport of the parents or legal guardian.

2- The notarized parental consent of the legal parents or legal guardian.

3- A consular card for the minor older than 10 years.

4- A school certificate of the current year for pupils and students.

5- A certified legalized photocopy of the guardianship judgment for children under guardianship.

NB: In both cases A and B, the physical presence of each applicant for a new passport is required to take fingerprints and height and to deposit the declarant’s signature.
