1- If you live in Germany, you can either come to our office in Essen or send us your documents required by the authorities in your country by registered mail.
2- If you are in one of the countries of the European Union, you can scan your documents as PDF or JPEG files and send them to us by e-mail (online@afrikapass.com or afrikapass201@gmail.com).
3- Afrikapass verifies that the documents received match and then fills out the passport application form on the authorities’ dedicated website.
4- Afrikapass pays the passport fees as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
5- Afrikapass organises the appointment for the physical enrolment (facial registration and fingerprints) at the consulate or embassy.
6- Afrikapass returns all documents from the pre-registration to the applicant, who in turn can present them to the authorities on the day of the appointment.

3- Afrikapass verifies that the documents received match and then fills out the passport application form on the authorities’ dedicated website.
4- Afrikapass arranges for the payment of visa fees as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
5- For the normal procedure, Afrikapass organises the appointment for the physical enrolment (face capture and fingerprints) at the consulate or embassy, and for the electronic visa (e-visa) the physical enrolment takes place at the destination airport.
6- Afrikapass returns all documents from the visa process to the applicant, who in turn can present them to the authorities on the day of the appointment at the embassy or consulate or on the day of arrival at the destination airport.

Go to the store and buy the flight reservation or sign up quickly. Once we have received your payment and you have provided your travel or appointment information for your visa application, you will receive your flight reservation within 15 to 30 minutes.

Go to the shop and buy the hotel reservation or sign up quickly. Once we have received your payment and you have provided your travel details or visa application date, you will receive your hotel reservation by email as a PDF file within 15 to 30 minutes.
We can also print out the hotel reservation and send it to you by registered mail.
