1- If you live in Germany, you can either come to our office in Essen or send us your documents required by the authorities in your country by registered mail.
2- If you are in one of the countries of the European Union, you can scan your documents as PDF or JPEG files and send them to us by e-mail (online@afrikapass.com or afrikapass201@gmail.com).
3- Afrikapass verifies that the documents received match and then fills out the passport application form on the authorities’ dedicated website.
4- Afrikapass pays the passport fees as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
5- Afrikapass organises the appointment for the physical enrolment (facial registration and fingerprints) at the consulate or embassy.
6- Afrikapass returns all documents from the pre-registration to the applicant, who in turn can present them to the authorities on the day of the appointment.

6- Afrikapass returns all documents from the visa process to the applicant, who in turn can present them to the authorities on the day of the appointment at the embassy or consulate or on the day of arrival at the destination airport.
