Important information:

Visa exemption: Nationals of
CEMAC (Central African Republic, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon) are exempt from the visa requirement for entry into Cameroon. In addition, holders of diplomatic or service passports from certain countries, such as China, Italy and Turkey, as well as holders of diplomatic or service passports from other countries, may obtain a free visa upon arrival under certain conditions. Passengers staying at Douala Airport for less than 24 hours may also enter without a visa.

Health: Yellow fever vaccination compulsory. Malaria prophylaxis recommended.

Transit: With an onward ticket, a transit stay of 48 hours is possible. It is not possible to leave the airport.

Chldrein: A complete visa application must be submitted for each child.

o Minors travelling alone: In addition to the formalities for tourists, the following must be presented: an exit permit from both parents + a copy of the family register.
